Current release date: June 21, 2026. Public fulfillment uses tier-locked script-only ZIP packages while executable code signing is deferred.

Payment-verified script-only ZIP fulfillment for all five locked tiers.
Customers verify the SHA-256 hash, extract the ZIP, and run Start-WVISA.cmd from the extracted folder.
Canonical ZIP payloads, SBOM, provenance artifacts, and release evidence remain available for support and trust review.
